We’ve been bringing our organically grown produce to Washington, D.C., neighborhoods since 1972, and you can find us at our regular markets every Saturday and Sunday throughout the growing season. We also have a mid-week market at the Sheridan School location every Tuesday, that runs from June until the end of September.
Together with our own organic produce, we also bring other produce (some non-organic) grown by our neighbors and by fellow members of Tuscarora Organic Growers Cooperative. All our produce is direct from local farms, NEVER anonymous market sources. Besides our ever changing selection of extra fresh IN-SEASON fruits, vegetables, and herbs, we sell brown eggs from our own hens; and we carry many kinds of homemade baked goods - some extra healthy and all extra tasty. We also bring down local maple syrup, honey, and preserves. To round things out, in the fall and winter we can deliver seasoned firewood to your door.
