2 bunches radish, diced
1 15oz can of black beans
handful of cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeno, diced
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice (about 1/2 of a lime)
salt and pepper, to taste
Add diced radishes, black beans, chopped cilantro, and diced jalapeno in a bowl. Juice one half of a lime on top of the mixture. Top with salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Enjoy!
Change it Up! Another excellent way to prepare this salsa is to swap out the black beans and cilantro for cannellini beans and dill!
