We grow spinach in the spring and fall in the fields, and in the winter in our high tunnels. Our spinach is always sweet and tender, but the fall spinach has the best flavor.
Depending on the season, our spinach may be sold as baby leaves or as tender young leaves. Regardless of the size, our spinach can be consumed fresh in a salad or cooked however you like. It's a versatile and healthy dark leafy green!
Keep your spinach in a plastic bag in the fridge, where it will keep for about a week.
