Strawberries: the moment everyone has been waiting for! Our strawberries usually start ripening in the first few days of June, and the crop lasts for about 4 weeks. We grow several varieties to optimize the growing season, but the berries are always delicious and sweet!
Most people usually just eat them fresh from the till, but we suggest buying multiple pints or a whole flat and freezing them or preserving them to enjoy all year round!
Strawberries are very perishable, so keep them in the fridge. If you can't eat them within 2-3 days, freeze what's left to enjoy later!
