Raspberry Sauce

With barely three ingredients, this simple sauce relies on delicious raspberries.

Ingredients

1 or 2 half-pints of raspberries
1-2 tsp Maple Syrup
1 TBSP water

Directions

Put everything in a small saucepan. Simmer just a few minutes until Raspberries melt into a sauce. Taste and adjust maple syrup as you like. Serve warm over pancakes, or cool in the fridge a few hours and fold into crepes, ice cream, rice pudding, or yogurt.
