Raspberry Vinaigrette

When you use the best tasting raspberries, you get the most flavorful salad dressing!

Ingredients

1 bag Frozen Raspberries, or a half pint fresh
1+1/2 TBSP Maple Syrup
1 TBSP Vinegar, pick your favorite, Balsamic, Apple Cider, Red Wine, or Raspberry
3 TBSP Oil, pick your favorite, Extra-virgin Olive, Sunflower, or any neutral oil
Salt to taste, maybe 1/8th tsp
Optional: 1/2 Shallot finely chopped

Directions

Blend all ingredients using a small blender or immersion blender. Remove seeds if you like by straining through fine mesh strainer. Enjoy immediately and/or store in the fridge for up to a week.
